How does a customer take advantage of our offer?
- Your Product must be returned in the condition it was received (new and uninstalled)
- Your return must be requested by email
- You pay the delivery and the return shipping costs (we will schedule pickup at your request)
- Your item must not be personalized or custom made. Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production starts Any orders which are canceled will incur cancellation fees.
Note:
Items which have been sold with Free Shipping programs. You will be solely responsible for the delivery and the return shipping fees incurred to transport your Product.
Returns & Exchanges
At TheStainlessSteelStore we do everything we can to make the order process as simple as possible. This includes returns. As stated in our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, customers may return any item for up to 30 days after delivery. Simply email our Customer Service center. They will issue a Return Authorization Number. If instead you would like to exchange the product for something else we carry, we will credit or debit your account the difference upon verifying the return of the original item, and ship out the new product by your preferred shipping method.
Refunds
As soon as the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will first attempt to credit you through the original method of payment, unless otherwise instructed. Failing this, we will issue a check to your billing address.
Warranties
All Products sold on netixchange are brand new. Every item in our store comes with the original Manufacturer's Warranty, which is posted next to the item on all product pages.
